We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so in case you are not 100% satisfied. We will accept all returns within 30 days after deliver for any reason. However, we will charge a 10% restocking and handling fee upon accepting the return and before issuing a refund.
Please send products back in their original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, edible, perishable, sample, clearance and special order items. Handmade sachets, and ribbon as well as plants are considered special order items and cannot be returned.
Please contact our customer care representative for a Return Authorization Code before returning your merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products:
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with PartyFavor123 within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 213-612-3799 to initiate a claim.
PartyFavor123 is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
Change or Cancel Order:
You may change or cancel your order at no additional cost as long as the order has not been processed. Cancelation fees may apply if the order has been processed. Please contact customer service at 213-612-3799 for specific inquiries.
